The innovative HDS320 shovel separator from MB Crusher processes a wide variety of materials such as asphalt, construction waste, wood and other organic materials, coal, light plastics or bark. After fast and reliable crushing and screening, the materials can be reused immediately. The special advantage of the shovel separator is that it can effortlessly switch from one material to another at any time.

The specially developed model also convinces with a large loading volume and easy maintenance. A shaft change, for example, is possible in a few minutes directly on site. In addition, the bucket separator adapts to different working environments and the selection of different materials to ensure high production.

Shovel separators enable enormous time savings, as many tasks such as peeling, aerating, sanding, mixing, filling, screening, transferring, loading and crushing can be done directly with one attachment.
