The MB-G500 S4 sorting grab from MB Crusher has been specially developed for mini excavators from 5 to 7 tonnes due to its extremely compact and precise design. On the construction site, the precise attachment handles tree trunks, stones, rubble or posts. It is just as easy and safe to place stones for dry stone walls or remove undergrowth completely. Thanks to its wide opening width, larger materials can be gripped and moved effortlessly, while the load-holding valve ensures maximum safety. The sorting grapple's "silent block" also makes it possible to work in areas where construction noise is a concern.

In addition to the wear parts made of durable Hardox, the sorting grab is prepared for the installation of an electric kit with two hoses. This mode of operation also enables excavators that only have a two-hose system to work with a 360° movement. The replaceable cutting blades can be rotated through 180°, which significantly extends the service life of the blades. The sorting grab is also available in versions with and without a slewing gear.

Sorting grabs are clamshell grabs specially developed to meet the requirements of demolition applications. They provide maximum productivity during demolition, loading and sorting. The cutting edges inserted into the shells also make it possible to separate wood-based materials, for example. Thanks to its hydraulic rotating device, the sorting grab is a highly efficient attachment for excavators and can also be used for moving, loading bulky goods or separating waste.
